Replacement Policy 🔄
We only offer replacements if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue from the moment the package is opened.
Once your claim is verified through proper investigation (including photo/video proof), we will:
- Send a replacement (if stock is available).
- If stock is not available, we will offer you the choice to:
- Wait for restocking, or
- Return the product and receive a full refund excluding the shipping charges.

We generally do not accept returns, except in the case of:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or defective items with valid proof.

We do not accept returns for:

📦 Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the product must be:

- Returned within 5 days of approval.
- Sent via a trackable courier service (customer bears return shipping costs).
💰 Refund Policy

- A return is approved and the product is received back in acceptable condition.
- We are unable to replace a defective or damaged product due to out-of-stock status.

📸 Video Proof is Mandatory
To initiate a replacement or refund request, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Claims without proper video evidence will not be processed.
🕒 Processing Time
Once your request is approved:
- Replacements are dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
