Replacement Policy 🔄

We only offer replacements if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue from the moment the package is opened.
  

Once your claim is verified through proper investigation (including photo/video proof), we will:

• Send a replacement (if stock is available).
  
• If stock is not available, we will offer you the choice to:
  - Wait for restocking, or
  - Return the product and receive a full refund excluding the shipping charges.

Return Policy (Strictly Limited) 🚫

We generally do not accept returns, except in the case of:

• Wrong product delivered.
  
• Damaged or defective items with valid proof.
  
• Product significantly different from what was shown online.
  

We do not accept returns for:

• Customer changing their mind after delivery.
  
• Product not meeting personal expectations (e.g., scent, color variation, etc.).

📦 Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the product must be:

• Unused and in original packaging.
  
• Returned within 5 days of approval.
  
• Sent via a trackable courier service (customer bears return shipping costs).

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

• A return is approved and the product is received back in acceptable condition.
  
• We are unable to replace a defective or damaged product due to out-of-stock status.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📸 Video Proof is Mandatory

To initiate a replacement or refund request, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Claims without proper video evidence will not be processed.

🕒 Processing Time

Once your request is approved:

• Replacements are dispatched within 5-7 business days.
  
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
